I love to run.  My knees don’t.  I can do it two, MAYBE three, times a week as long as I put other workouts in between them.  Really, any form of exercise in the sunshine is fine by me!  Hiking, walking, whatever!  Anyone can do these and the benefits are amazing.  My father loves to walk and I thought he, and some of you, would like to know what it does for your body:
