Hot Dog Roll-ups

My kids love these and they are healthy!

 

 

 

Hot Dog Roll-ups:

All you need are turkey hot dogs, whole wheat tortillas and a tiny bit of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese.  I cut the tortilla in half and heat it for about 30 seconds in the microwave.  Then I heat the hot dog in the microwave for about 35 seconds.  Next, I put the hot dog in the tortilla, sprinkle it with a little mozzarella and roll it up.  DONE!  Great meal or snack…and just around 100 calories!
