Exercise extends your life (duh).

According to the American Journal of Preventive Medicine:

1.  For every 60 minutes of vigorous physical activity a women does, she gains 11.3 hours to her life expectancy.

2.  For every 60 minutes of moderate activity, she gains 5.6 hours. 

Pretty cool to break it down like that.
