Cumin-Spiced Pork Chops w/ Fresh Corn Salsa:

*Sprinkle 4 bone-in porkchops with ground cumin and salt.  Heat 1 tbs of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.  Add the chops and cook 3 to 4 minutes each side.  Remove.  Saute 1 c corn in the same pan over high heat until golden.  Remove.  Stir in 1 c salsa and 1/3 c chopped cilantro.  Spoon over chops and splash with lime juice before serving.
