Chicken Taco Lettuce Wraps

Like tacos?  I DO!  I like them in pretty much any variation.  This one, however, is the lowest calorie and carb way of doing it overall. 

*Use ground chicken when making your taco meat.  Instead of a shell or tortilla, use a long piece of romaine lettuce.  Too flimsy to pick up?  Cut it up on your plate and have a taco salad.  Delicious and, yes, nutritious!
